Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/30/2022 between the hours of approximately 11:25 a.m. and 12:05 p.m. There were 4 children present, between the ages of 10 months and 3 years, with the Provider for a total of 11 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with stacking toys and play food. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant and a walk through of the home was conducted. Children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 2Evidence:
1. During the inspection, Child #1 (age: 10 months) and Child #2 (age: 18 months) were present.
2. During the inspection, the provider did not have a barrier at the bottom of the stairs to prevent access.
