Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 9:15 a.m. and 9:55 a.m. There were 4 children present with the Provider for a total of 13 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed arriving to the home, engaging in free play, and preparing for a morning lesson. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. 1 child's record was reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at tameika.king@doe.virginia.gov. Thank you for your cooperation during the inspection.
Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and returned it to me within 5 business days from today. You will need to specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Just writing the word ?corrected? is not acceptable. Your plan of correction must contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s), 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventive measure(s).
