Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today between approximately 12:00pm and 1:30pm. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 8 children, totaling 20 points. The children finished lunch and began their afternoon nap during this inspection. The children were served rice, beans, squash, pears, and milk for lunch today.

The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, children's records, health records, emergency preparedness, nutrition, caregiver training, and the physical plant.
