Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/27/2025 and completed on 3/27/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:20 am and ended at 10:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 14. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the home, interviews, and observations.
