An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 11/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:25 am and ended at 12:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 17. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 caregiver?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the home, interviews, and observations.
