Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conduced 11/19/2025 from 12:40pm - 1:10pm. There were 2 children and 1 caregiver present at the time of the inspection; totaling 4 points. The inspector reviewed 2 child records and 4 caregiver/household records on-site. The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the program. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
