Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 6 children, totaling 18 points. At the time of this inspection all children had finished lunch and were napping. The children were served chicken nuggets, bread, mixed vegetables, apples, and milk for lunch today.

The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas the physical plant, emergency preparedness, caregiver training, administrative records, caregiver records, children's records, and children's nutrition.

Based on a review of children's records, it was determined that that provider did not obtain documentation of a child's physical examination within 30 days after the first day of attendance.
Evidence:
Child record B does not include a physical exam report. This child entered care on9/26/2022.
Plan of Correction: I've reminded the parent many times. I will ensure the documentation is submitted no later than Tuesday.
