Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on November 9, 2023, from 9:00am-10:00am. At the time of entrance, ( 8) children ( 21 ) points were in care with ( 2 ) caregivers present. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records. Children were observed during morning snack time, engaged in blocks and balls, diapering and handwashing was observed. No medications were on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. Repeat violations were found and are identified within this report.
