Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 5/14/2024 from 10:13 AM to 11:20 AM. There were 52 children present, ranging in age from two to five years, with 12 supervising staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
