Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 5/12/25 completed on 5/12/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:45am and ended at 11:04am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 56 children present with 13 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
