Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This inspection was initiated by a complaint that were received by our licensing office on January 12, 2022, regarding the allegation of staff supervision and diapering procedures. The on-site visit was conducted on January 24, 2022 from 11:32 am through 2:40 pm. Interviews were conducted with four staff and diapering procedures were observed. The information gathered during this inspection does not support the allegation. Therefore, the complaint is "not founded."
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
