Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted 9:53 AM to 12:30 PM to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Today, there were fourteen children, ages two years through six years, with eight staff. Two children's records, four staff records were updated/reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
