Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today approximately 11:45 am to 12:10 pm. There were 4 children (provider two grandchildren) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 1 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.
There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and preparing for lunch. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized.
