Observation of the programming space, diapering area, bathroom, kitchen and backyard was made. The table was sanitized prior to the children transitioning to lunch. Lunch today was chicken with pasta, cucumber and sliced apples. The provider was observed sitting with the children and encouraging them to eat. A total of 4 children's records were reviewed. No new staff or changes in household members since the last inspection. All background checks/health screenings remain current.
