Inspector Notes
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 3 child ( 6points) directly supervised by the vendor/provider and 1 Assistant. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. Children in care were transitioning to nap time. The provider and assistant were observed gently patting backs and sitting between their cots. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor/provider. Inspection conducted between 12:45pm and 2pm. If you have any questions regarding today's inspection, please contact:
