Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on May 28, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on May 27, 2025 relating to allegations of background checks. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 4 caregiver/household member records on-site on May 28, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
