Inspector Notes
An unannounced in-person monitoring inspection conducted on April 4, 2023 from 1:40pm until 2:40pm. There were 4 children in care with 2 caregivers. Two children were observed sleeping. Two children were observed playing on electronic devices. The program had materials and puzzles for children.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations
2Evidence:
1) Caregiver 1 has a tuberculosis screening conducted on 012/12/2021.
2) Household member 1 has a tuberculosis screening conducted on 01/17/2021.
3) Caregiver 2 has a tuberculosis screening conducted on 01/17/2021.
Evidence: There were no emergency drills conducted in December 2022, and January, February, and March of 2023.
