Inspector Notes
A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on May 14, 2024 from approximately 11:20am-12:00pm. There were 2 children in care with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed playing with toys and freely engaging with materials and watching television. A total of 2 child records, 1 staff record and 2 household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
