Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on 6/13/2022 between the hours of 10:00am and 11:57am. There were 4 classrooms observed with a total of 48 children with 12 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing outside, writing in journals, playing in centers, diaper changes, handwashing, and other organized activities. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. A complete inspection of the physical plant, a selection of children and staff records, evacuation drills, medication and emergency procedures were reviewed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at stacy.doyle@doe.virginia.gov. Thank you for your cooperation during the inspection.
