Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 8/27/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:30am and ended at 12:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 18. The inspector reviewed three children's records and 3 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Evidence: Child #3 (date of enrollment 7/30/2024) record does not contain documentation that the provider has verified the child's identity. The provider confirmed that the family has not yet shown evidence of the child's identity.
