Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted today.
There were 10 children present with 2 staff supervising, with the Provider arriving approximately 30 minutes later. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on staff statements and review of staff training, additional training was not completed.
Evidence:
Staff #1 and #3 did not complete the 3 hour health and safety update training.
Plan of Correction: We will complete this training by next week.

Based on review of the record of attendance, the record was not maintained.
Evidence:
1. The record of attendance was not completed from 1/26/22 thru 1/28/22 when the Licensing Inspector arrived at approximately 11am.
2. The arrival and departure was not documented for these dates.
Plan of Correction: The daily attendance will be completed at arrival and departure of every child daily.
