Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal study was conducted. Seven children were present for fifteen points with one provider which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children singing and dancing to holiday music, free play and hand washing before preparing for lunch. Lunch served today was nuggets, green beans, bananas and milk. Files for the provider and household members are current as well as for the provider's pets. The provider has current first aid and CPR certification. The provider serves lunch in the kitchen area and uses the downstairs play area for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
