Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

An announced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on June 4, 2021. The purpose of the inspection was to review materials and equipment to be used for infant care. The inspector reviewed diapering, infant feeding, infant play and sleep areas, and discussed and observed gates that were installed to prevent access to stairs.

A recommendation will be made to lower age range of children to be served on the license to birth -12 years of age.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
