Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 1/15/2025 and completed on 1/25/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 AM and ended at 11:30 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 22. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 4 caregiver/household members records and 3 board officers on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
