Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 01/11/2022 from 12:09 pm - 1:30 pm. A renewal inspection was concurrently conducted as this vendor is a licensed family day home.

At the time of entrance there were nine children in care with two caregivers. The ages of the children counted for a total of 22 points. Children were observed napping. One infant was observed being fed a bottle by the assistant.
Records were reviewed for two caregivers, two household members and seven children.
