Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on February 12, 2024, from 12:30 to approximately 1:30pm. There were 7 children present with the total amount of points being 16. The Inspector reviewed seven children?s records, the provider?s records, one household member?s record and additional staff. Children were napping during the time of the inspection. No medications are administered. There is no transportation provided by the family day home. First Aid Kits and emergency preparedness documents were observed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
