During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above, to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on February 25, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site on February 25, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-800-830-A
The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all
caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care. The provider did not conduct an emergency evacuation drill the month of December 2024.
Plan of Correction: The provider responded with the following: Staff will continue to conduct monthly evacuation drills at the family day home. January 2025 was completed.
