Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on February 25, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site on February 25, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care. The provider did not conduct an emergency evacuation drill the month of December 2024.
