During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above, to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

A subsidy inspection was initiated on and completed on February 25, 2025. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Caregivers who work directly with children shall, in addition to preservice and
orientation training annually attend at least 16 hours of training. Staff #1 reinstated subsidy in April 2024 and last took preservice training in 2021.
Plan of Correction: The provider responded with the following: The provider will take the annual Virginia Preservice Training through Better Kid Care, Penn State, and will place the certificate in the staff file.
