Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on April 26, 2023. There were sixty-seven children present with thirteen staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and five staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence: The record for child #3 had an injury report completed on 11/14/2022 that did not document the staff present, date/time/method of parent notification and two signatures.
Plan of Correction: The injury report was updated to include the date/time/method of parent notification and two signatures.
