Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on May 6, 2024 and concluded on May 7, 2024. Ten staff were present supervising forty-four preschool age children. Children were observed eating lunch and preparing for naptime. Licensing Inspector reviewed standards related for recordkeeping, supervision, equipment/supplies, nutrition, daily activities, building inspection reports, emergency response drill documentation and emergency supplies. Five child and five staff records were reviewed. No violations were found.
