This inspection was conducted in response to a modification request received on 8/30/2021 to add a room to the child care and to change the age range to include infants. An inspection was conducted of the new room to ensure all square footage, safety, and infant requirements were met. The emergency plan was updated and reviewed to include the new space and younger age range. No violations were found at the time of the inspection.
