A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff who work directly with children shall annually attend the department's health and safety update course. The 2024 health and safety update was completed three weeks late for staff #3, one week late for staff #4, and two weeks late for staff #5.
