Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on March 7, 2022. 21. There were 8 children present directly supervised by 2 staff, totaling 19 points.
Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition. The inspector reviewed on two child?s record, two staff record, and three household records.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1. Five children was sitting in high chairs for breakfast. All five children did not have waist and crotch straps fastened according to the manufacture's instructions.
