Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on March 7, 2022. 21. There were 8 children present directly supervised by 2 staff, totaling 19 points.

Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition. The inspector reviewed on two child?s record, two staff record, and three household records.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation during the inspection the provider did not ensure the use of high chairs with safety waist and crotch straps fastened according to the manufacturer's instructions were used for children.
Evidence:
1. Five children was sitting in high chairs for breakfast. All five children did not have waist and crotch straps fastened according to the manufacture's instructions.
Plan of Correction: I always fastened high chair with safety waist and crotch straps, just today due to rush was missed but immediately fastened and making sure every time once kids in the high chair will make sure all safety belts fastened
