During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 03/26/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:15 pm and ended at 1:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 22.1-289.035-B-2
Provider must obtain a completed national criminal background check prior to the employee's first day of employment. Care giver #1 who had been employed for 2 months, did not have a completed national criminal check.
Plan of Correction: We have gone to Sheriff office to do. It was the wrong one. We will get the right one.
Standard 8VAC20-800-120-B
The provider must obtain required documentation of 2 or more references before employment.
Caregiver #1's who has been employed for 2 months did not have documentation of 2 references being completed before hire date.
Plan of Correction: She was my daughter's nanny. I will have her do them.
