Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:45 am through 11:00 am. There were a total of nine children (18 points) observed with two caregivers. A total of six children's files and five staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: circle time, singing, celebrating the Luna New Year, hand washing, and other organized activities. 2. Caregiver #1 confirmed that Household Member #2 did not get a fingerprint based criminal history background check at the time of the inspection.
