Inspector Notes

This Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 04/07/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11:30 am. There were 2 toddler-age children present (6 points), with 1 caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the home.
