Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 3/23/23 from 3:50pm to 4:40pm with program staff. There were five children in care, supervised by two staff. Children were observed throwing a football in the gymnasium and transitioning back to the YMCA space where they washed hands and had snack. On-site child and staff records were reviewed as well as off-site records at the YMCA office on 3/23/23. One medication and authorization form was reviewed and the center has one staff with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed. Snack served was carrots with ranch dip and animal crackers.
