Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 7/18/22 from 10:05am to 11:30am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Two staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR. The manager reported that there were no children enrolled with allergies at that time.
