Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:45 - 4:15pm with staff. There were 26 school age children, present with two staff supervising. Children were observed eating snack, washing hands and playing in a group basketball game or centers. Snack served today: bagels with cream cheese and grapes. Two onsite staff records and three onsite child records were reviewed at the time of the inspection along with the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, 17 accident reports, two medications and the required posted information. One staff on site has current Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification.
