Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/21/24. The on-site inspection began at 3:15 p.m. and ended at 4:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 20 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records on-site. Four staff records were reviewed on site in the business office on 10/11/24.
This inspection included document review (daily schedule, menu, license and previous inspection posted, emergency drill logs), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
