Based on review of documentation, and an interview with staff, the facility failed to inform all staff who work with children of children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. Evidence: when asked, staff stated that no children in care had food allergies. Child #2, with a diagnosed food allergy, was present.
Plan of Correction: All staff will be informed of children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary preferences.

Evidence: child #2 has a diagnosed food allergy and there was no written list of allergies.
