Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/16/2021 and concluded on 11/19/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted, as well as a staff record review at the Ron Rosner YMCA office on 11/19/2021. There were two 10-year-old children present at the beginning of the inspection with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
