Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 9/22/22 from 3:45pm to 4:25pm in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Two staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR. Staff reported that there are no children currently enrolled with diagnosed food allergies but they are aware of the requirement for allergy care plans if a child with an allergy was enrolled.
