Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/4/23 from 6:35am to 7:05am with program staff. There were 10 children in care, supervised by two staff. Children were observed playing with a marble run game and playing ?Uno? with program staff. Required postings were observed. The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed. Two child records were reviewed. A review of required on-site documentation was conducted for staff certified in CPR/First Aid, Daily Health Observation Training, and Medication Administration Training (MAT). Off-site staff records were reviewed at the Ron Rosner office on 3/23/23. Two medications and authorization forms were reviewed and the center has one staff with current certification in MAT. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed.
