During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/23/2024 and completed on 11/14/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection was conducted on 10/23/2024 and began at 7:15am and ended at 8:25am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 16 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children's records on-site. Two staff records were reviewed on 11/14/2024 at the program's administrative office. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

For staff hired before July 1, 2024, the center must obtain the results of a central registry search for an employee, within 30 days of employment.

The central registry finding in the record of Staff #1 was obtained more than 50 days after the date of employment.
Plan of Correction: Already corrected.
Standard 8VAC20-780-550-G
The center's documentation of emergency evacuation drills did not include all the required information.

The emergency evacuation drill conducted in September 2024 did not include the time it took to complete the drill, the number of children participating, and the number of staff participating.
Plan of Correction: Added on site. In the future, staff will be required to complete the documentation at the time of the drill.
