Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/27/22 from 2:40pm to 3:15pm with program staff. There were 20 children in care, ranging in age from five-years to 11-years-old, supervised by two staff. Children were observed playing "Fruit Basket Spillover" and "Fire, Thunder, Lightning". Two child records were reviewed and were in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed for required on-site documentation including certification in CPR, First Aid, and Daily Health Observation Training. There was no medication on-site but both staff have current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The remaining requirements for staff records were reviewed through a remote documentation review process and the records were in compliance. The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed and were in compliance.
