Inspector Notes
An announced modification inspection was conducted with the Operations Director on 5/25/22 from 12:30pm to 12:50pm. The program requested to change their capacity due to a Summer Enrichment program they will be operating at the school. The classroom spaces were observed for obvious hazards and support the request for an increase in capacity. The program will have access to the cafeteria, gym, music room, art room, library, and outside playground.
