Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 10/5/22 from 6:15am to 7:00am with program staff, in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Two staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR. The staff reported that there are no children currently enrolled with diagnosed food allergies.
