Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 4:50 - 5:20pm with staff. There were eight children, ranging from five years to 11 years of age, present with two staff supervising. Children were observed transitioning from the art room to the cafeteria, and playing with games and puzzles. Two onsite staff records and two onsite child records were reviewed at the time of the inspection along with the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, and the required posted information. One emergency medication and authorization form was reviewed; one staff member on site has current Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. Two staff records were reviewed virtually.
