Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on November 12, 2024, and completed on November 15, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:50 pm and ended at 5:40 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children's records and four staff records at the administrative office on November 15, 2024.
This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The following nonmedical emergency supplies shall be required, one working, battery-operated radio in each building used by children and any camp location without a building

The battery-operated radio on site did not have batteries and was not operational.
Plan of Correction: Per staff: We will purchase additional batteries for the radio.
